What is it?
Cloud Office UC is a cloud-based PBX service that provides small and medium businesses the functionality and technology of a traditional Phone System without the capital investment in a full phone system.  It uses the flexibility of the Internet to provide customers with a simple solution to connect staff whether they work in offices, work from home and on the road.

The Cloud Office UC service is available with four End user offerings:

  • Essentials – dial tone with Voicemail from a physical handset,
  • Essentials Plus – Essentials with the flexibility of extending calling to a user’s mobile device using the Mitel Mobile App. This includes basic UC features including 1 to 1 video calling, screen and file sharing, and chat capability. Customers can elect to use this offering with or without a physical handset,
  • Teams Calling – Essentials with Microsoft Teams calling integration. Customers can elect to use this offering with or without a physical handset, and
  • Unified Communications– full fixed, desktop and mobile apps that enable video and audio calling and presence together with collaboration tools. Customers can elect to use this offering with or without a physical handset.
